Linda: The entire experience for us was smooth. You know, everyone was very informative. The doctor was very gentle, and he was, you know, very caring as well. Richard: Sitting in the office with him and just hearing some of the things he had to say, you know, and hearing his own experiences, because I believe his child was also through in vitro, that just put us at ease. Because if he can go through it, and then, perform it himself on other people, and the results that we've seen him have with others, you know, for us, that was enough for us to say, "This is the doctor that we should be using." Linda: He really is a great doctor. He is very caring. Like I said, this is a different procedure, you know, so you need that emotional support as well during the whole process. Richard: You need somebody who's not just here to go through the process. We've got to have somebody who's caring, who understands, and is also very professional. And the entire office is also very caring. It's like a very strong support team that you have around you. So I would recommend him to anybody, literally to anybody. We are repeat customers.
