Dr. Winkler is board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology & Reproductive Endocrinology. She completed her residency at Brown University School of Medicine where she earned multiple teaching and research awards. She completed 3 years of fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology &
Infertility at the University of TX Southwestern Medical Center conducting cutting edge research in the field of reproduction with special interest in ovarian aging & fertility treatments. She received her medical degree from the University of Pavia in Italy graduating with the highest distinction. Dr Winkler has presented her research in national & international meetings, is the author of a chapter in Reproductive Medicine & is a member of numerous prestigious societies. Dr Winkler continues to hold a position of Clinical Instructor at UTSW Medical Center & frequent guest lecturer at acupuncture schools. Raised in Italy and Israel she is fluent in Hebrew and Italian and licensed to practice medicine in 3 continents. She believes each patient is unique in his/her underlying diagnosis & her most important role as a fertility specialist is maintaining a high pregnancy rate which can only be achieved by tailoring the most suitable fertility treatment to the patient. Dr. Winkler's success rate is among the highest in the country & believes infertility and fertility treatments can be a source of stress & frustration & smooth & communication, personalized care are a critical component of any fertility treatment & key for high success rates.
