General Directions:
The Center for Fertility and Gynecology is located on the Providence Tarzana Medical Center campus. Nearest freeway - 101 Ventura Freeway. Exit on Reseda off of 101 Ventura Freeway, go south on Reseda, turn left on Burbank Blvd. and then right into the main Providence Tarzana Medical Center entrance. Our building is located on the same side as the parking lot.
